Bettakka's Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

Bettakka (www.bettakka.app) is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Bettakka and its users ("Players").

By using the Bettakka website or app, creating an account, or participating in any game, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Bettakka.

These terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

To create an account on Bettakka, you must provide truthful and accurate information. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and all funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our rules. All associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

• Use your own mobile number when registering
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone
• Notify Bettakka if any of your account details change
• Payment method details must match the information provided during registration
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account

Bettakka may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may require a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Bettakka reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until verification is complete.

To use Bettakka, you must:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must register an account in your own name
• You must ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in your country of residence
• Individuals with mental or financial incapacity are not eligible to open an account

Providing false information during age verification is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be immediately closed and no funds will be refunded.

Depositing on Bettakka is completely safe and secure. The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, debit/credit card, and cryptocurrency.

Important Rules for Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
• Using another person's account or card is not permitted
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it is typically credited to your wallet within 2 minutes
• Failed deposits are automatically refunded
• Bettakka does not charge any deposit fees

Bettakka is committed to processing withdrawals accurately and on time. However, Bettakka reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if certain conditions have not been met.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements
• Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed
• Multiple withdrawals in a single day are allowed, but daily limits apply

If Bettakka suspects fraud or money laundering, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Additional verification documents may be requested in such cases.

Bettakka offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus rules:

• Wagering requirements: A wagering requirement of typically 10x–30x must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (each offer specifies its own requirement)
• Bonuses expire if not used within the specified time after being credited
• Each promotion can only be used once
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games
• Bettakka reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion

For referral bonuses, the referred person must be a new user and must complete their first deposit. Special rules apply when referring members of the same household.

All games on Bettakka operate in accordance with international standards. The rules for each individual game are detailed on the respective game page. General betting policy:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator)
• Bettakka is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection during live Sports Betting
• Bettakka reserves the right to correct any results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited

For Sports Betting, bets are settled once the official result is announced. If a match is cancelled for any reason, the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bettakka, and immediate action will be taken upon detection:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Depositing funds that are stolen or illegally obtained
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or glitches
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to play from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
• Attempting fraud through chargebacks
• Harassing other players or staff

Bettakka may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms and conditions violations
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity
• In case of KYC verification failure
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion)
• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months)

To close your account, please contact Bettakka support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

For inactive accounts, Bettakka will notify the user by email or SMS before closing the account. Any existing balance will be kept safe and the account can be reactivated.

Bettakka believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our players to play responsibly. If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, take action right away.

• Set your own daily/weekly deposit limits
• You can set a cooling-off period (from 1 day up to 6 months)
• Activating self-exclusion will block your account for a specified period
• Speak with our support team for help — completely confidential

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact Bettakka's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

Dispute resolution process:

• Step 1: Contact our support team via live chat or email
• Step 2: Submit your complaint with full details and supporting evidence (screenshots)
• Step 3: Bettakka will respond in writing within 48 hours
• Step 4: If the matter remains unresolved, it will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body

During dispute resolution, the relevant account and transactions may be temporarily placed on hold. Once a decision is finalised, it is binding on both parties.

Bettakka reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. However, users will be notified via SMS or email at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.

• A separate notice may not be issued for minor edits or language corrections
• Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms
• The date of each update will be noted at the top of this page
• Previous versions are kept in archive and are available upon request
